Since they might be bringing TB back i was thinking of some hopeful changes they might make. One of these is that i hope they reduce the effectiveness of Power Drop Rate scrolls on all items.
As for Blessing and gems, a PDS should not affect the droprate of blessing items/gems at all. I remember in Beta, Blessing drops were so so so rare. Narish would spend hours and hours farming bosses and get rewarded with just one drop. Then they increased the droprate on boss mobs so that close to every kill atleast one blessing item would drop. The problem I see with this is that when they introduced the PDS scroll, it wasnt only oneblessing drop, people were getting 2-5 blessing drops in one kill. Blessing turned to "trash" because everyone had them.
In the beginning, when blessing was very rare, the highest level characters of each class were given the piece that they needed in turn.
Gems were also considered rare, with seph choice being close to the rarest, RH and BT held that title. With the introduction of PDS, all gems were overfarmed, the RH and BT soon became all to common, people were getting too high pieces of blessing armor and weapons really fast, so GMs increased the difficulty of increasing Blessing weapons considerably. doing this meant that you would have to have alot of blessing items and alot of RH/BT in order to get a decent piece, which is also sad, because they were considered "trash" items even moreso.
So dont allow the PDS to affect gems of anykind, or blessing weapons/items.

Hi I am the former DUY of blood and the enforcerers and hack n slash of begining 2 and archer prince of beginning 1. I'd suggest making it a lot harder to level from 160-200 and to put the island system back to its origional settings aka make duan drop seph choice etc. Open islands to all levels and bring the game back to the way it was in the beginning. Allow tornado for all levels and make rh and bts easier to get. Make it a lot harder to level up from 100+ and allow all turfs to be open at all times. Instead of limiting the losing nation to the turfs allow them into them but give them a sever disadvantage such as placing the warp in chrystal a long distance away. PVP used to be extremely intense when there were only a few 160+s in the beginning. I personally had a lot more fun.

So dont allow the PDS to affect gems of anykind, or blessing weapons/items. Yeah, I remember that drop rate. Used to go crazy when some blessing armor dropped in rampao. And the scrolls kinda piss me off too, I mean, it'll bring back that crappy system of TC. And for hack n slash(kinda knew ya)....it'd be stupid to make it hard to level from 160-200. But I think 200-300 should be hard again. Removed frozen land and add a v3? Would be sick to get rid of that extreme leveling. Took a month to go from 160-300, and at max level, pvp is pretty dumb cuz most people with max defense will lose no dmg against others with max def. About the limited amount of people making pvp alot more fun, what if you weren't one of those limited people. Lot of people on turfbattles just hit lvl 160-200 and just pked like crazy instead of going all nerdy and spending time leveling.

personally, i've always been a big fan of the saying "dont fix whats not broke"
turfbattles PvP and island system IS NOT BROKE, and was in fact pretty much the only reason (besides friends) that people continued to play the game...
however, i am not saying that UPDATES to this system are not needed...i would love to see some aditions to the game, such as a couple more islands perhaps, etc. but as for the core system of PvP itself based around islands with minimum/maximum lvl requirements, that does not need to change one bit. ESPECIALLY nado, i can't believe someone seriously suggested opening that up to all levels...HELLO what do you think gc is for???

what they need to do is level out the pvp class.....its kinda boring when u cant kill a bm cuz they get an upper hand with seph guarb that adds 300+ pdeff and has the ultimate advantage of deducting ur defense...if u wanna think about making it fair...think about every class in pvp....bms are overpowered and red mages need to get un-nerfed like the way they used to be and blades need to have higher ap at least....its true the pvp system is great (cuz its fun), but it can be much much better.....if it remains the same, everyone is going to be a bm....and truly thats what it was becoming in the end of the last months of tb......for the rest of us other class (speaking about myself and friends that end up leaving) its boring and just makes the game boring when lvling to 300 and getting to hit crap on bms and getting owned by them (and trust me maxed ap on a archer still effin sucked)...and they gotta take of stacking glitch too...that would help out so much and make bms somewhat mortal....with that said..the pvp system does need to be touched and fixed.
but starting over is going to be fun...1 hitting bms is going to be fun for the first few months....reminds me of 1 hitting roxoru in shuy back in the good old days haha.

Plain and simple..the main improvement the game needs is active GMS. And by active GMS this excludes GMS who actively sell GM gear,etc.etc. If the game comes back without GMS who give a dang about the game, then the game will suffer the same fate it did the last half of its life as a game.

110% agree with caffeine.
Everything else I think should be left the same. The game not being a dead set grind fest is why most people played it, and nerfing blessing armor drops and gems would only make people 10x weaker which would also make people get frustrated and quit. As far as I'm concerned the only thing that should be changed in the game is fixing any bugs, more GM support and balance out RM's and BM's.
